Civilization spends enormous amounts of effort building housing for humans. It is typically the largest expense for a family. We need more good housing in this world. Yet, building costs continue to rise while longevity and sustainability of those efforts stagnate. Communities are not living up to their endurance potential.

We seek to create a research group that will develop easily deployable communities that are sustainable, walkable, botanical, zero net energy, agrarian, medium density, affordable, beautiful, timelessly captivating and able to endure with almost no maintenance or remodeling for 500 years. This is the type of community families desire.
